In essence, THINK 1.03g is not appropriate for some more complex protein targets and is also quite slow (and has some more bugs) compared to THINK 1.14. About 12 months ago, UD board gave serious consideration to porting later version of THINK and decided not to do so (this was technically in violation of their contract with my company). This had the inevitable consequence that there would be no long term relationship between UD and THINK (personally, my company etc). We needed to find another way of running further projects and some cancer related protein targets. After some investigation we reluctantly concluded that the best option was to setup find-a-drug. We\'ve agreed that this forum is not the place to discuss future plans for THINK projects.
