Hi Folks...
Hab ich eben gefunden, andere Mutige scheinen tatsächlich damit Erfolg gehabt zu haben....

I don't know if any of you have seen this (HIER) but these people have figured out how to hack any geforce card and convert it to a Quadro. As you may know the Quadro is nothing more than a regular geforce chip with a few features for profesional CAD applications that that aren't enabled in the stock geforce chip. All you need to do is find 4 resistors:
R121, R122, R123, and R124.
Only R121 and R123 have a resistor installed on the geforce. All you have to do is move the resistor from 121 to 122, and the one in 123 to 124. The card will then enable all the additional Quadro features and windows will detect it as a Quadro/Quadro2 depending on what card you use. I've already tried it on my prophet 2 and it actually does work. Gaming scores went up a bit as well. Quake3 for example at 1024X768X32 with everything maxed out now gets 76 fps instead of 71 I also noticed that just by removing the resistors from R121, R123 was all that was necessary to convert it and it would detect as a Quadro. No need to even solder anything, just pull off the two resistors ( I still soldered the resistors on to where they are supposed to go just to be on the safe side). Any of you who like to play around with pro modeling apps might be interested in this unless you'd prefer to pay $800 for a Quadro.
Note: Doing this will void your warranty
PS. For prohpet 2 32MB owners the resistors are located in a row behind the TV-out connector area.
