Infineon mit 5,4ns !! Is da was faul??

Hallo,

Ich habe bei einem Versand Infineon 128MB PC133 mit angeblich 5,4ns Zugriffszeit gesehen, gibt´s sowas wirklich oder is da was faul?
Mir wurde das zwar am Telefon auch bestätigt, aber auf der Seite von Infineon kann ich nichts finden.
