Ich baue eine SCSI Card 39160( Controller )von Adaptec in ein ASUS CUBX-E Board ein,Win98SE. Das Problem:Im Geräte Manager wird ein Ausrufezeichen für den SCSI Kanal angezeigt,ich hab schon den PCI Slot gewechselt- hilft nicht!

Habe nchmal nachgeschaut, das Teil ist ein Zweikanaliger und
zu allem überfluss noch mit 64-Bit PCI, dein BOard wird aber
nur 32-Bit PCI haben..
Wenn du de s englischen mächtig bist ein Auzug aus der Adaptec FAQ
Q: Can an Adaptec 39160 host adapter, which is a 64-bit card, be used in a standard 32-bit PCI system?
A: Yes, if the system meets PCI 2.1 or higher specifications. PCI Spec 2.1 outlines specific PCI slot orientation. If the system motherboard is not PCI 2.1 compliant, the slots may not allow insertion of the adapter. Also, systems with RAIDPort slots must use a standard PCI slot for the Ultra160 adapter.
Will heissen, das dein Board entweder PC 2.1 (Handbuch!) unterstützen oder 64 Bit PCI an Board haben muss!
