In v.g. Programmen funktioniert "Datei öffnen", aber auch "speichern unter.." nicht mehr. Das gleiche Problem habe ich, wenn ich unter Outlook eine Mail schreibe und dieser Mail einen Dateianhang anhängen möchte. Die Fehler-meldung, die nach kurzer Zeit kommt (wenn ich vorher die Tastenkombination "Strg., Alt und Entf" drücke) lautet: "keine Rückmeldung". Habe das komplette Office-Paket bereits "repariert" und auch "neu installiert". Der Fehler kommt aber nach wie vor. Können Sie mir helfen?

ich wusste zwar nicht, dass office 2000 auch betroffen ist ( dachte nur xp ), aber hier die lösung ( heute erfolgreich bei kundenrechner durchgeführt ) :

und das problem liegt nicht darin, einen pc von hp zu haben, sondern ein gerät von hp, wie z.b. einen drucker oder scanner
