old gericom nbi and video in

I have old gericom nbi 366 notebook, network, meisterstuck 1100pt, cl;evo, kapok, fosa...It is the same notebook but different manufactures.On that notebook i have ati rage lt pro with 4mb mamory and vith video in. I cant get to work that video in. I enabled video in in bios, i used new ati drivers, used windows media encoder, and in ati video player cant detect video input.I cant find wdm drivers for ati.Please help.
I was trying to translate 100 of pages of this web site to english but i didnot find any answers.Please write on english because i dont know german.

Maybe the drivers there will help you...

Looking in the drivers .inf files (vga.zip) it seems that an BT 829 or BT 829pro Chip is used for Video-In. The driver for this device should show up in "Sound, video and game controllers" in device manager, named "ATI Bt829, WDM Video Capture".
