I have been a victim of aspirate gmbh.
They sent me the "Rechnung" for a service that I have not intended to buy or use
After some time, they sent me some messages like: Pay or You will get problems with German Police.
I have decide to pay a few months later (First occurrence was im Dezember 2008);
Last March, I have paid to de Proinkasso company.
surprise: The still claim for the money! And they keep up mencing with Police and so on
I tried to speak with the Bayern Police, Verbraucher Zentrale and German Botshatft im Portugal (Where I live).
We are speaking about 170€.
And for such amount, everybody says: forget! It is not enough to hirer a good lawyer!
I am very disappointed with this especially with German authorities: they do not care!
